"Dragula" es el primer sencillo del disco "Hellbilly Deluxe", el cual marcaba el debut de Rob Zombie como solista (1998). Desde su lanzamiento se ha convertido en su canción más conocida como solista. La canción se basa en el dragster "DRAG-U-LA" que aparece en la serie "The Munsters" (1964-1966). El audio inicial del video "superstition, fear and jealousy" es de la película "La Ciudad de los Muertos", y son pronunciadas por Christopher Lee.
El video musical muestra a Rob Zombie en el "Koach Munster", y no en el coche de carreras real: Dragula. Cuenta con varios disparos de los miembros del grupo y diversas escenas de películas. También en un lugar destacado aparece el robot asesino de la serie cinematográfica "The Phantom Creeps" (1939). Alcanzó gran rotación en MTV tras el gran éxito del álbum.
